Phone verification needs to be done.

First want to say, Your rate is so low to than other. If you increase the payout rate,than I will be interested to complete the task. Also you are a newbor here, If you first pay me,or use an escrow then I will surely do this.Hope you will increase the pay out rate,and set up an escrow for this.

I only need verified account so I can leave negative feedback with link to my work which he's stealing and receiving payment for. One can use fake phone number for all I care. I want to make sure that moron won't get more business with what I wrote. I even saw him obviously purchasing from himself to get a reputation started, which gave me the idea to do the same to stop him.
