Some Photos for Details Engineers PAD-01 Crimper Used for Molex, PCIE, Dupont, etc (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/Tools_Used_zps60lyl9wm.jpg.html) Sample PCIE Crimp (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/PCIE_Crimp_Sample_Two_zpsdwt6p7di.jpg.html) Another Sample PCIE Crimp (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/PCIE_Crimp_Sample_zpssiyywzfx.jpg.html) Sample 6Pin to 6Pin PCIE Cable (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/Sample_8Pin_to_6Pin_zpsos80s50a.jpg.html) 6 Pin PCIE Connector (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/Sample_6Pin_Connector_zpsrolwv7yf.jpg.html) 4 Pin Molex Sample (http://s838.photobucket.com/user/BLife12/media/Cables/4Pin_Molex_Sample_zpszsmbmw58.jpg.html) Please Note As I use 1.5 Sq MM wire the maximum power that can be handled is around 250W but I strongly urge you to limit it to <225W for fire safety reasons. I can use 2.5 Sq mm wire but the PCIE connector wont be able to handle that many Amps. Also Note I will never do double crimping, I will always split them using a Y joint with solder and wrapped it with heat shrink.
