Interesting - can you specify more details about:

• Site functionality - this sounds like a user-based system - if I sign up as a user of this marketplace, what exactly can (and can't) I do with it, in detail?
• Competitive advantage - what makes you / the team well-suited to pursue this project, and what elements does this marketplace incorporate that will attract users to it over alternatives (and which are the alternatives)?
• Marketing plans - how do you plan to inform users about this marketplace, and what do you expect your userbase makeup to look like, roughly?
• Does this marketplace use Wyvern? Ethereum? Both / something else? What currency will profits be taken in, and how will they be converted to Ethereum for dividends?
• Shareholder governance mechanisms - how will shareholder preferences be taken into account? Will you be using something like Aragon (https://aragon.one/)?
• Development resources - who will be developing this site? The dev listed in your announcement? Is there a team?

I'll be adding an updates during the next few days that should answer most of these questions.  I can tell you that the marketplace will use Wyvern, but you will be able to convert other forms of currency to Wyvern.  IF funded there will be 5 total team members, including the site developer.  You will want to know more about us personally and our abilities, so we will get together a formal team announcement.  This is just the Pre-announce to make people aware of the concept.

I am working on the team announcement/additional info graphics so our presentation doesn't make you want to tear your eyes out.  Also this week we will be doing a token distribution test run.  These will be worthless tokens that will prove we can execute as intended.  If you want to be included in this please say so on the forums.  All you need is an Ethereum wallet capable of receiving tokens.

So, what will be the core business of WYVCORP? Could you please explain it more in detail.

We want to provide a usable connection between gamers and Wyvern as a cryptocurrency.  A place to view/bet on esports competitions, as well as allow users to host their own store to sell for Wyvern.  We built the currency, now we are going to build solid support for it.  I will be releasing a flowpath chart that will show the income/expenditure/profit flow from start to finish.

good to see some coin like this around, it's true that many gamers doesn't know or having a very little awareness about the cryptocurrency, through this project they will learn more about the cryptos and how they utilize them with their games online.

After the token test run this weekend we will open up for funding.

We are aiming to provide the end user experience with our company.  We are connected to Wyvern in that we made it.  The currency had to come first and it had to come in as fair a format as possible.  We first needed to prove we could handle a community and could be trusted before attempting to raise funds for a venture such as this.  We believe most coins die not because they don't have good ideas, but because at the end of the day you can do nothing with them but trade.  We want to change that by first providing a high quality site gamers will want to use and then expand from there.  We intend to grow the currency and company side by side, but in a way everyone could still be involved.

That's a nice master plan. With that, you will already gain loyal followers or should I say, loyal customers/gamers.
So even if those gamers are not into crypto, they will later on learn how to use your currency.

WOW, I'm a gamer too, looks like this will be great thing for us gamer to have.
Looking forward for the project to begin.

We have a few key differences.  First, we are looking to corner the pc user market, and not necessarily the mobile market.  GAME uses a scrypt algo, while our currency,wyvern, uses nist5 and can be mined without fear of asics.  Part of our site goal is to make it easy for the average user to use their gaming pc and make a few coins to be able to use on our site (or others if we are more widely adopted).  This simply isn't possible with GAME due to the high network hashrate from scrypt asics.

No it's cool, ask question please.  Basically no funds have been collected right now.  The transfer was for ethereum to pay for gas for token transfers.  If you read the post it shows how many shares are reserved for the dev team (haven't been handed out).  I am also including other share commits into the number.
