Your fee is lower than the recommended one, the network is overloaded again and the transaction accelerator is also "beyond limit".

Try from time to time to post your tx id at https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ maybe you get lucky at some point.
However, keep in mind that this "acceleration" works only with the blocks mined by ViaBTC.

Or you can ask around the miners, maybe, for an extra fee, somebody will include your transaction.

Edit: I almost forgot. https://pushtx.btc.com also can help accelerating your transaction. I checked your transaction and it seems that they would charge you 9.30$ for this (credit card), which I think that's extremely expensive.

Thank you so much! I'll definitely try that one right away.

Keep in mind that your transaction *may* get accepted even without that extra fee.
And you should research a little about who actually used that service, since it's pretty new.

Again, I think that the extra 9.30$ is too much, especially since you don't transfer huge amounts of money.

Well thank you for guiding me. I will post my experience here after getting it fixed.

Instead of paying with credit card this outrageous and ridiculous amount of 9.30$ may be you prefer to ask for help from some miners known in the forum. Look at this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0) in the paragraph 'Ask a miner for help' and you can contact any of these two guys paying a small amount of course.
