I live in Tunisia and we have no access here for online payment.Since few time i discovered the magic power of BTC and i become a crypto enthusiast by trying all possible methods to earn btc online. I have started working to create a website explain the concepts in Btc technology and the power of cryptocurrency and how this will change the whole lives in earth. Am not a real developer but am doing a good job till now with the help of word-press and its enthusiast. The site will be as simple as possible but am having a real problem with getting a domain name and space for hosting and by doing some researches in the net i found some sites that gives a free hosting space (about 5 GB) and am trying to have a domain. If anyone can help me complete this project, i need your supports and advises.

You can purchase from registrars like Namecheap whose price is reasonable and they accept bitcoin. Don't use free hosting, you will spend a lot of time dealing with bad quality hosting. Because this is what you will get: troubles! Website slow, down, bad support and so on. You get what you pay for. As for a domain name, you can buy one using bitcoin at Namecheap. You say you're from Tunisia, PayPal is not open in your country right? Because with Godaddy you can get 1 domain for 0.99$ per person

Do not blindly go behind free hosting even if they provide you 5GB disk storage because 6 out of 10 times, your visitors will see website not reached or sponsored page than your homepage.
However, for domain+hosting I recommend you to buy from individual sellers than from companies like Namecheap or Godaddy because you will get relatively cheaper products from them. For hosting, one I remember is Cosmas on this forum. Search for him in 'Service' section, I tried him in past and his service is appreciable.
For domain, PM me and I will give you link of a seller selling unique .com's for $4 each and you can even buy with BTC.

I suggest you Namecheap.com if you want to buy a cheap domain name.
They offer some good extensions for just 0.88$ per year (first year):  .website, .club, .pro, .review , and many more.
I'm sure you can find something good for your project.

Regarding the hosting: my sugestion is to NOT use a free hosting.
Get a decent/good hosting for 5$ monthly and keep your website there (I can recommend you a good one - which I use)

Wordpress is perfect for a starting website.

OK this is totally clear but as you said am in Tunisia and we have no paypal services so i can't use services in GoDaddy. Also i have no experiences with Hosting and databases that this is my first small project as an enthousiast. So what shall i do to move my site from local to live?

That's cool but you forget that i can't pay with cards so i can't buy services from those platforms. i need suggestions to get those services via BTC and this is why i made this post here in bitcointalk.

As I told you:  if you want to buy a domain from Namecheap I can buy it for you and then it will be transfered to your account.
Also there is a simple solution for you:  buy a VCC and you get a payment option for all your needs (you can buy domains, pay your hosting, etc).
I sell these VCC which can be reloaded. You can pay with Bitcoin.

Good suggestion and i think you can try wirex if you are non us country to buy domain in other place..  or i heard uquid.com never tried this card but they said you can use it for buying online services like buying domain.. note don't buy domain in 1and1 even they are giving $1 usd for 1 domain.. i already experience bad from them i recommend to stay buying in namecheap  because they are giving a good service..

You can buy the domain with bitcoin on Namecheap. I would like to use Namesilo, one of the cheapest domain registrar, also accept bitcoin as a payments method. It works fine.

With namecheap you can get 1 year of shared hosting for just 9.88 and you can register a domain for just 0.88, so in about $11 you'll have your website ready at namecheap. You can also pay via bitcoin there.
It is reputable, and support is excellent. I'll definitely recommend it.
