yeah that is an awesome pump that ethereum has. i am very glad i caught the train early and bought before this pump started. but i don't think there is anyway at all possible for it to go any higher than this.

i may be wrong but i am not willing to stick around and find out. i have already dumpe most of my eth coins and will dump the rest too. this is turning into such a scary bubble.

and besides if it started rising again i will join then but for now i prefer having my money back in my pocket where it is safe and dumpers can not make it go down.

You're definitely not going to see any coin go from $3 in the beginning to $1,000 after a few years. No coins I'm aware of that did that except for bitcoin and the reason was bitcoin was relatively unknown in the days, but Ethereum had a crowdfund that went really successfully.

But good for the Ethereum holders I guess, maybe I'm just a bit jealous :P

I disagree. When I bought eth I thought of it as a long-term investment. I did promise myself to withdraw some money when eth reaches $100 but I still believe it will cost hundreds. So, as for me, it isn't really a pump we're dealing with. This is the true eth price and, if everything goes okay with the switch to PoS, the true price will even grow.
 As some say it is like this and other say vice versa about the relations between btc and alts' prices I believe there is no strict relation at all and btc and eth growing in price 'together' is merely a coincidence.

Seems it`s too late to buy ETH now, right.?  :-[

Wow this is an awesome news for the investors into ETH, in the last 9 months or so when I heard about ETH its was hovering around $11- $13 dollar which was constant for a long time and people begin to cast doubt about the potency of the project like developers just created then went to sleep despite the potentials embedded in the project but with recent happenings, I must say ETH is getting back to its rightful place in the crypto community...

You can hate @minecache all you want, but he was always right about ethereum. The only thing i disagree with is that he considered maidsafe a good investment, but i have never seen in it to have a better profit % potential than eth. Also backed by fundamentals and usage ( eth ).

It will easily stay around ~150usd with the EEA coming, and raiden soon after. Maybe even go for 200+.

Well I guess it's time to buy ETC now :)

Exactly, this year is the biggest year for all the altcoin where the price of altcoin is increasing along with bitcoin. This is the highest value of the major coin in the altcoin industry.

never too late in crypto, the pump just started it can go much higher than this i would invest 10% of my saving in it, ethereum it's a good strong currency will last for a long time, don't be afraid, but don't panic at the first dump that is the wrong thing a newbie should do after investing

Thanks bud. I'm just here to impart my knowledge and advice, and to counter the detractors of ETH. ETH has all the fundamentals of being a gud solid sound investment long term. I'll always encourage and welcome others to join our ETH moonship. Spoetniktard and all his sockie accounts have persistently tried to deny others wealth and happiness. With each passing day it's clear to all that they must never ever listen or trust him. Or that snowflake with the dodgy barber.

It is the time to buy eth. But now eth still at the position 90 usd. maybe one or two day will be stable at the 100 usd. Do you think eth will reach 200 at the end of 2017? Seing from many tokens that eth developer make, I believe that eth will reach 200 usd by the end of 2017.

Wow.  I'm not into ETH, but that's truly amazing to me.  There were all those threads saying it was going to the moon, but I wrote them all off as delusional morons.  Which probably a lot of them are anyway, but for different reasons.

This altcoin market has gotten to be breathtakingly irrational.  Where is all this money coming from to support these crazy prices?  Has Wall Street started to get in on this stuff?

There's a chance but still not that much possible. I think the FUD post here on the forum regarding ETH give a good impact to it's price. Sometimes FUD was good on promotion of coin. Hahaha. Yummy ethereum.

Except it isn't. Bitcoin is the biggest crypto with serious business support, already accepted by nations like Japan. What altoins can offer?
Ethereum was founded by ICO, is centrally controlled by Vitalik and his business pals, here goes your initial distribution and sovereignty.
I don't even want to start with other alts...e.g. Dash crazy instamine (advertised later as a feature!) or Litecoin which should be ASIC resistant and isn't...

Even bad advertising may result in good results, also with all this trolls around you should do opposite of what they say, you will success more.

I just will pray every day to make ETH price 10000 in next or maybe 2019 or 2020 its no matter.
Because I sold all my LTC just before it was jumped to 0.017...and still goes higher.

I had 260 LTC and if it will cost 100 to the end of this year. I just will wait till my 55 ETH will cost 1000.It is obviously chances are more with ETH. And if not, well, no matter..at least I have a dream now which can become a true :)

I think eth will increase its price more than $100. That is why i do some investment on this coin and i see the fast good progress of this coin.
And i see even the value of bitcoin are increasing, eth value also increasing because normally if bitcoin are increasing most of the altcoin value are decreasing that is why eth has a potential to make good coin in the future.

yes ETH went up a lot in the past month, but there are others altcoin which went up even more, like XRP

In case you don't know there is ETH Exchange Traded Found being evaluated by SEC.
Some say it has better chances of approval than Bitcoin ETF had, mainly because ETH is more centralized.
Any new and official fork need to be approved and supported by the Ethereum foundation so ETH can be easily upgraded.

ETH ETF was the reason price of ETH spiked to $100

If ETF fail this will be the reason ETH price will drop back to $70 or even less.
