Member campaigns are really rare, or do pay really badly. Also it seems like OP does not have that great post quality, so most campaign managers will deny the application until the post quality approves. Also having a bad post quality while on campaign might end up getting you on SMAS (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1545652.0) list.
