Title: my transactions are a double spend!

 I have issue with transaction delay , first transaction  was on 5/01
https://blockchain.info/tx/6bc42a0ba834d5a3476f0af594c6d75b550581e0580d2ac73016c7b080d4ac8b
second transaction was 5/04 https://blockchain.info/tx-index/247103558 and two transactions unconfirmed. blockchain message is  Warning! this transaction is a double spend. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to/from this sender. 247103558 . also I tried viabtc they have many request at this time. how I can solve this issue?

Your fees are still way too low. The double spend warning is normal, Blockchain hasn't remove your transaction from their blockexplorer and hence that warning is normal.

You currently have two options.
1. Wait for it to be mined or contact another miner for help.
2. Remove the transaction from your Electrum manually and try to send another transaction which spends that UXTO.

For 2, follow the steps here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1728921.msg17301306#msg17301306. Do it at your own peril, always make a backup.

I don't have remove the transaction from my Electrum manually option as my Electrum V 2.5.4 and there is no such this option. the transaction was confirmed today.Thank you for your help

what are your fee settings under electrum? It's default set to dynamic. If you haven't changed this it is a bug.

You should update Electrum as version 2.5.4 is quite old and the newest version includes a lot of bug fixes and features that address fees a bit better. I definitely recommend you upgrade and ensure that Dynamic Fees are enabled for the best experience.
