Which wallet you are using?

You have received a transaction with only around 90 sat/byte fee and send out with around 40 sat/byte fee. I don't think any of this will get confirmation.

There is one solution, you can use https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
to get confirmation on both of your transaction but you have to be first 100 person to submit your tx id there. This limit reset every hour at forum time.

You'll have to wait plenty of more hours (it might not even confirm in worst case) since you included a poor fee.

Currently it is recommended to add fees of around 200 satoshis per byte. Your transaction byte size is 933 bytes ~ thus 933 bytes x 200 satoshis = 186.600 satoshis.

As SONG GEET mentioned, try the ViaBTC tool, or if possible, perform a double spend with a proper fee this time.

One of my transaction is still pending, i tried to do viabtcaccelerate but it saying "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later" Do you know any other option?? My transaction pending about 8 hours.
I have seen a lot of transaction still pending on block-chain, God knows what will happened... :( :(
Look at the time on this forum and try to submit again when it will be exactly like 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM etc. I have successfully accelerated one of my transaction yesterday using viabtc.

Nothing gonna happen even if you use accelerator at this moment. Bitcoin blockchain is overloaded with transactions due to scaling issue and every transaction below recommended fees is taking time to confirm.
Best you can do at this moment is wait. Wait till the situation gets better.

It will help and i have done this several time today and yesterday. I think you don't know how this accelerator works but it is true that right now mempool is full with lots of transactions so many people are trying to use viabtc free accelerator at the same time but they have max cap of 100 tx per hour. Therefore you have to be first to submit your tx id.

currently, there are over 64k unconfirmed transaction in the blockchain  https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

You must pay high fee if you want quick confirmation.

I paid recommended fee yesterday when I was sending BTC and my transaction was not confirmed for 12 hours or so.
Sometimes nothing can be done when bitcoin network is under spam attack. Yesterday we had over 160k Unconfirmed transactions.

It's because your inputs haven't aged. Your input was received at 2017-05-06 12:19:25 and your output was at 2017-05-06 12:20:05.

I know that in theory they have gotten rid of the age of inputs as part of the priority matrix, but in every single case I've seen where the transaction is unconfirmed, the age of the input is less than 24 hours.

I'm assuming that some miners are still using age of inputs to prioritize (not least because you need to have a certain number of confirmations in place to make sure the inputs are "safe"). In your example, you were sending within a minute, so there weren't even 6 confirmations on the input you received.

There is nothing you can do but wait. If it doesn't go through in a couple of days, then try again, but in future make sure your inputs age at least 24 hours before you attempt to send them.

you sending fee is very low friend, you only use 44satoshi/Bytes
i think one week or over youre transaction get confirmation

this now volume bitcoin transaction is very high, is low sending fee is very long time confirmation

Your transaction was sent right after you received it. As alyssa85 said, some miners may still prioritise transactions by how old they are (Most of them don't, but it's a possibility.)

Another thing is that you are probably using an older, with a fixed fee of 0.0001. A year ago, this would be fine. Butt with the recent growth in Bitcoin's economy and the blocks reaching their maximum capacity, the demand for a fast confirming transaction has gone up, along with the fee. Now, with a transaction of one input and two outputs, it will require something like 0.0003-5 BTC as a fee.

Don't worry. Within the next 24-48 hours of you transaction being sent, it will either go through, or be reverted and the transaction will go back to your wallet.

No need to delete this thread. At the bottom left, you can select "Move topic", and move it to a board like "Beginners & Help".

Sometimes nothing can be done when bitcoin network is under spam attack. Yesterday we had over 160k Unconfirmed transactions.

Recommended fees can be calculated in various ways. Some times they seem to be doing well, where your TX confirms within 2 blocks, but some times (like happened with you as well) it still isn't enough to nurse greedy pools. In order to attract attention from with greed filled pools, you'll need to include a higher than recommended fee. If I see that my TX needs 50K satoshi as fee, I change it to something like 80-100K satoshi. It all depends on whether or not you need it to confirm fast.
