hi. i transferred my bitcoins from okcoin.cn to okcoin.com account. and after that i have tried to transfer it to external address. But i see= "Withdrawal to this address is unavailable". So what can i do in this situation? Is where any way to withdraw to external address?

indeed, i have contacted support before  posting here. they told me - "During upgrading system, withdrawal to other available address on USD platform will be restricted". but i would like to know maybe where is any tricks or something...

With exchanges you cannot play any tricks to get the withdrawal into the external address. The reason is that based on their processing procedure they will be having rights to stop the transaction or make the transaction not withdrawable for limited time period.

I also have funds stuck in okcoin and can not find a way to remove them.

So this means that they are upgrading their system and have with held your transaction. Sometimes exchanges put a hold on our transactions to safeguard our coins from any loss. By the time now I think your transaction would have been completed. Can you update us by telling what happened after that ? It would be a good info for others as to what to do in such situations.
