Title: Transaction delay - TX Problem (blockchain.info)
Post by: kanazawa on May 07, 2017, 02:19:04 AM
One more to expose delays in the chain:

tx - 979e0d0a79e2fa34864c92cda8fcca16181933153379245dd986194c0ee338b6

almost 2 days and NOTHING.

Since your fee is good enough (but as a normal fee, it's bad for now) for it to be accepted by ViaBTC, I suggest trying them so they would include your transaction, in the next block that they mine: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
I just tried, but wasn't successful. Try it once per hour (until it successfully says submitted).

You sent a transaction in the middle of a period of massive network congestion (>100,000 unconfirmed transactions)... when recommended fees were over 200 sats/byte... with a fee of 100 sats/byte... and every second thread in this subforum is about transaction confirmation delays... what exactly did you think was going to happen? ???

Keep trying the ViaBTC accelerator... and wait... your transaction will either confirm, or it will get dropped...

If it is super important that it gets through, try "Child Pays For Parent" using the change that got sent to 1HRqr8EdvE5Y1P7SvLpzJWe9Zxa46oN6XA and calculate a fee that will result in an average of 200 sats/byte for both transactions and it is likely that a miner will pick them both up.

Next time better have a look here to select correct manual fee before you send a Tx https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx
Or use a wallet like Electrum 2.8.2 with dynamic fees to avoid the trouble

If your fee has been set too low then you should use an accelerator. They will add your transaction to the next block they mine(from my understanding). When I used it my issue was resolved within 6 hours. I used the viaBTC accelerator which can be found here https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

I see this web ok also, help faster! But actually only while sending to others, but if the transfer between the wallet, it can wait too long
