It shouldn't affect your address at all. If you view on other block explorer, you should see that it is fine. The reason being that there are two transactions which spends the same inputs. This is called a double spend where the same input has been spent twice and only one of them can go through. Blockchain.info has noted both of them on their servers and by their logic, they deducted the amount twice.

In reality, only one of the transactions can confirm and the UI should resolve by itself.

I assume that you are using Blockchain.info wallet. That really isn't something which I can recommend. I would advise you to switch to another wallet like Electrum which is far more stable and as equally lightweight.

Any idea when do you think it will be fixed? But I never did anything like double spend how did that happened. Any idea if both fails ?

No. Not at least till it gets dropped or a transaction that spends that output gets confirmed.

I would recommend you to just switch to Electrum. PM me if you need help regarding this. Else, there are various tutorials on this on Google.
But I never did anything like double spend how did that happened.
Have you tried spending the coins again after seeing it being returned to your address? You likely tried to send the coins again and the website saw that there is a conflicting transaction and labeled it as a double spend.

Probably a glitch with your wallet provider... like you clicked "submit" twice really quickly or you pressed the back button in your browser and it resubmitted it or something like that... your wallet really shouldn't allow that to happen...  :o ::) :-\

Anyway, one of the transactions now has 2 confirmation... so chances are that: 466a3a2eb7bcf19c7725ac675d804af6ee768516529a552ca04f36d663c6348b (https://blockchain.info/tx/466a3a2eb7bcf19c7725ac675d804af6ee768516529a552ca04f36d663c6348b)

is going to be the one that is accepted... and the other transaction: 4ac6f2fc291a6baaf18421eb30095b68388428a9756a19a8c2adf73d9f8b8345 (https://blockchain.info/tx/4ac6f2fc291a6baaf18421eb30095b68388428a9756a19a8c2adf73d9f8b8345)

will eventually get dropped... it is most likely to happen after the other transaction gets like 6 confirmations... maybe sooner.

It's a problem in blockchain explorer or blockchain wallet itself. If you use to view your address in another address your balance appears to be positive. See here: http://blockr.io/address/info/155wwYNE8hh1iFWf4kjKjFgZhpoWtg69ZR
Balance  0.00419472 BTC
Also your transaction is confirmed with 2 confirmations already.
You should report it to blockchain support, it may be a bug or smth.
Better to change your wallet to a client where you can manually set a fee so you will not have to wait long when you send your txn as you can send it with a bit higher fee. I don't know if blockchain recommends which enough fee is to make your txn go through faster the queue of unconfirmed txns.

I believe too that this is just a glitch because blockchain doesn't really allow on double spends yes that first transaction would really be accepted. If wallet show negative balance then its just a bug, high possibility. This thing doesn't happen on me and maybe you are just pressing Send and back buttons I presumed.

If it's a low amount that you're seeing as a negative balance it's likely due to your fee + the amount you last sent was more than the amount you were intending to send. If it's not that then it's likely due to a lack of confirmation on your most recent BTC spend, as that's what "splits" your wallet.

Nope, please check that public address which is given. It seems that 0.004 btc something in that address. It's not an negative value. If you are advising for a lack of transaction confirmation which takes too much due to low fees set in the transaction. Therefore, set the default transaction fee for a mining network. It take almost 40 minutes to confirm the payment.
