That's apparently how they arrived at the 70+ BTC price for batch 3, as well as the $1,500 price for batch 2. 30-day-ROI is probably a good resale price point, but BFL doesn't seem to be delivering in quantity yet (provided it's not a scam), so if it's 30 days, it's 30 days starting when? 30 days of 120gh/s currently produces 200.572836 BTC, if I'm not mistaken, but it will produce less as more asics start mining in the next 30 days.

There are critical technical issues that they can not solve at the moment. If they can not make it, they will refund you if you are lucky
