Title: PSA: Telegram Lauda Imposter Post by: Lauda on May 08, 2017, 12:24:48 AM Someone has informed me about an impostor on Telegram who claims to be "Lauda Bitcointalk":

Do not trade with this user or with any *Lauda* via other communication channels unless you either get one or multiple of the following: 1) A signed message from my address: 1LaudaXNwJkpyZFDaUCiWu4GJNJppENgD1 2) A PGP encrypted message using my key, which can be found here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1159946.msg16464161#msg16464161). 3) An email from my email address lauda.m@protonmail.ch. This avatar picture reminds me of someone attempting to sell a Kialara on another Bitcoin forum (possibly bitcoin.com but I don't remember). Said person got banned after I've sent a staked message. I hereby also confirm that this is not the real Lauda. I have a different ID for them. Scammers everywhere, if I see him/her around Telegram I'll report it to group mods. Can confirm the same. Thank you everyone.Can also confirm that a user with the same avatar tried to sell a Kialara Silver as Lauda on the bitcoin.com forum last year. I also remembered that incident after I have seen the avatar. I just couldn't remember exactly which forum that was on. I do wonder if this Telegram user managed to do any damage so far and for how long has it been in existence. |
