Are things falling apart at Poloniex?

My tier 3 verification has been pending for a month. They have all my sensitive documents and information.  I have opened a ticket on this and the last response I have gotten was 19 days ago.  No replies to my requests for status since.

No replies from any mods in the trollbox.

What is going on?

The moderators can't help you in that case, they don't have access to such sensitive information's. I think about six weeks for me and nothing so far. Poloniex need to up their game. This ain't good enough.

I submitted level 2 two days ago and nothing yet.. has any of the above people received their verification?

A question:

Level 2 requires phone and address.

Do they check the phone number and address? Like... calling the phone number to see if it's legit?  ???

been waiting for months now to get verified full tier two. They dont react to a single ticket and emails I've written. Its really frustrating

No they dont need to call the phone you stated on the tier 2 verification and if they would call then i will surely recieve it because im already on tier 2 and dont plan to go further on upgrading on other tier.Its really frustrating on their support system now you can even recieve fast responses from them even on a slight problem on the site thats why when i do experience problems i do make blast of support tickets.

is this still same ? i have been for a week. and it is realy annoying. some people saying it took 3 days, some people 2 months.. how it can be this hard to verify account?..

It's been more than a month also my 2nd level verification is not confirmed and I've forgotten it because I've switched to bittrex and will not use poloniex anymore if they're still messed up like this.

well all of my money at poloneix even if i want to go to bittrex , i can't go because of this limit.. i'm stucked at poloneix..

I know that this topic is 4 months old... Sorry for that, but how much time you needed to get verified? I am stuck on verification process as well :( It would be really pain in the ass to pull money with 25$ per day :( ... Is that logic only in therms USD > BANK or BTC > WALLET as well?

me too stuck on verification process :-[ almost 2 months now.

i had to wait 3-4 months to get verified and this was before alts went completely crazy.

a couple of days back i asked bittrex a support question. it was answered inside ten minutes.

alt markets are temporarily dead. they should be addressing stuff like this alot faster than in the past.
