you can associate it with a lot of different reasons, like bitcoin price rising, other altcoins dropping ,... that others have said but the main reason remains the same. and this downfall is happening all over altcoin market at the moment, if you look at coinmarketcap all of them apart from 1 or 2 like NEM and Stellar have gone down something around -10% just be careful of bubbles popping right and left from this point onwards.
