Title: Hi :) Post by: BiTCoinRC on April 29, 2013, 03:37:33 PM Hi there,
I found this site while researching bitcoin and am currently in the process of building a web store that accepts BTC. I mainly came to this website to comment about the functionality of the MtGox payment module for Prestashop, hoping that it is possible (like the Magento plugin) to add a feature where BTC can be displayed along side the current currency (GBP) in the front end. I have quite a lot of website/PHP/sales experience and hope to meet some like minded people here :-* Regards, BiTCoinRC Title: Re: Hi :) Post by: wuwenjie on April 29, 2013, 07:13:00 PM hi!

It's nice to see a new merchant welcoming bitcoin. I can't help with your questions, but If you put the post you put here into this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=15911.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=15911.0) You'll may be able to post your question in a more suitable area. I also wrote a Bitcoin helper class (http://jordanhall.co.uk/projects/bitcoin-helper-php-bitcoin-class/) in PHP. It can be used to quickly convert a Fiat amount into BTC and show it on a webpage. Thanks for the welcome everybody :) I have just been looking at the bitcoin helper class, this could come in very handy thanks. Ideally though I would like to fetch the data from Mt Gox as they will be processing payments via the Prestashop module. I'm also quite interested in a solution that doesn't involve a third party but I'm still very new to bitcoins and need to do a bit more research. It's good to hear that you are supporting BTC by building a web store that accepts BTC. Good Luck Sir! Title: Re: Hi :) Post by: kevinmyers80 on April 30, 2013, 10:24:23 AM hello welcome, even you do mining?
Title: Re: Hi :) Post by: BiTCoinRC on April 30, 2013, 10:27:00 AM hello welcome, even you do mining? No I don't mine, I have been reading a bit about it but will probably just stick to selling goods for BTC, the whole concept is very interesting. I already run a couple of successful web stores and am just playing around with BTC as a little side project/investment :) Title: Re: Hi :) Post by: testie on April 30, 2013, 11:50:18 AM Hi!
