2 days ago I received BTC0.002
It was pending from 2 days.
But today I can not find that btc not pending nor added
what's wrong?

Hi, unfortunately we can't do anything without more details. Share the tx id or address if you can.
Which wallet? Maybe just need to re-scan database.
Can you see the balance on blockchain explorers?

Unfortunately I don't have tx id. But also pending 2 more btc. Now Save this two tx id. There any hope to return that btc?

So you can share the address ( where you have supposedly received the coins ). This is private info, understand if you won't share.
At least answer this: Have you checked the address balance with various explorers (blockchain.info, blockr.io, blocktrail.com, btc.com ...)? All explorers shows no balance?

Because, at the moment there is a huge amount of unconfirmed transactions which raises question whether you have received the coins at all.
Thing is when the transaction is not confirmed within 72 hours (or so)  it is possible it has been dropped (cancelled) and if so, then there is no way to get them back ( the coins were never yours or better to say were never delivered to you ... try to contact the sender). But you wrote it was pending for 2 days so it should not be this case.

For the Tx u have lost, check the receiving address at https://live.blockcypher.com. If u can find the Tx IDs, post here.

For the Tx u have, check whether the fee paid are at par https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx. If not, try to confirm them through https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/.

In both cases, inform your current situation to the sender and ask him to resend if Tx remain unconfirmed for next 2 days.

The network is busy and for a transaction to get processed (confirmed) it requires pretty big fee. Pending means, I guess, that the transaction was not confirmed.
There's a pretty high chance that the transaction was dropped and this means that "it never happened" (thus you'll not get that money)

U need to write what service u use as wallet or what software. Because i think by pending u are using some online exchange as wallet or just online wallet. Both is bad decision.
Use software wallet, u will have more control over ur coins and it will be more safe.

how to confirm viabtc SIr?

Good for you. Yes, you can receive/send/whatever. But have to say no tx is instant ...  time depends on tx fee size. Your two transactions have it bellow the average (40 and 100sat/byte) so delay is expected ( find more info here (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/) if interested)

Backup the seed (phrase) and store it safe !!!
Seed is all you (or anybody else) needs to access all bitcoins within the wallet ( all addresses  ) ... it's one backup forever.
With this backup you can restore the wallet on any device with electrum installed.

To speed up the transaction just visit https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and fill in the tx id ( there is limited number of requests so be patient and is not guaranteed it will work )

Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later(viabtc is telling me that)

One of your transactions had had less fee, so it might take a few hours more before it gets added to a block, but the another one should have been taken into block which had 0.0004 BTC as attached fee. If ViaBTC is showing that error, it is because they have a limited number of allowed submissions that they can take in a block, and until they are processed, ViaBTC can't let other submissions take place because then, the game would be unfair.

Patience needed. They have limit to speed up max 200 transactions daily I think.
If you are really desperate can try paid version at https://pushtx.btc.com/ ( this one is guaranteed ) ... but I guess you don't want to go this way.

If i put my tx id they will confirm it? they will charge for it?

Yes
1 - you give them txid
2 - they give you price how much to pay to speed the tx
3 - if you agree, you have to send them BTC (in another tx)

I'm pretty sure you don't want to do this. This feature is more for major business transactions which needs to be quick ( like when you need to move BTC to exchange to sell them quick etc.)

my last advice ... you should lock this thread (bottom-left) if you feel we have answered your questions.

The only thing it can happen is if the received transaction has got very little transaction fees then it got rejected after some time and the bitcoins will be sent back to the sent wallet address. So you can get details from the person who sent you the bitcoins. Other then that if you need help then you have to provide some more details about the transaction.
