Title: Check Current Investments at Polo
Post by: shamzblueworld on May 12, 2017, 03:05:27 AM
Is there a way to see all the coins that I have on poloniex? I mean only the coins that I currently own?
I know there is trade history option but that shows all the trades, I only want to see the coins that I currently have purchased?
I think this link is quite useful if you have more than 5 coins and you want to keep track of them.

if by "all the coins you have" you mean your balance there all exchanges have some section called balance or wallet which you can see all the balances and their value in bitcoin and there is always a little text on top telling you your total equivalant balance in bitcoin.

try this link: www.poloniex.com/balances

I think he just wants to see all the coins he currently owns/holds. try ticking "hide zero balances". if you tick that you'll only see coins have some balance, all the other coins will be hidden.

There's a option of "Hide zero balances" then all the coins that you doesn't own will just be left and only the coins that you have or owned will just appear.  You cab see it here httos://poloniex.com/balances then you just need to click the "hide zero balances" after it all the coins that you just have will appear.

Yes, that was my intention and thank you, that showed me what I was looking for.
But still I feel they should include this as a separate option on their website where we can see our investments, show the price when we bought them and the current value of them etc.
That is what we all want to see I feel.

i am not so familiar with poloniex since i don't use it for trading but all the exchanges have a history which shows all the trades that you made with dates and times and prices.

you can export this history in .CSV format and it is a file that can be opened with Microsoft excel (or open office similar application) and you can do any kind of analysis you want on it. draw charts, get total profit, total loss, color the rows, columns.
using excel is pretty easy too, you can find many youtube videos if you got stuck.

Under "Orders" use "My Trade History and Analysis", select a coin.  Get all the information you want/need.

You just have to go to the specific coin exchange then scroll down.

You will see your history there whether you buy or sell that coin including it's price. No need to revamp the current interface since it was only you who have some concern like that. You just have to be familiar with the current interface like majority of their users and everything will be fine.
