For the past few days = several projects and still counting have been introduced with billion supply and overwhelming premine.
Maybe it's the trend nowadays, copy & paste coin, post the ann thread, dump the premine once it hit the exchange/s, then abandon...  ::)
You will know if the project has really gone a long and laborious way of development.
You can tell by how the ANN is presented, the content, the supporting links and the road map.
I do hope that the OP here has a different plan to sustain and develop this coin.

Why would anyone buy a 5 Billion supply coin with no real, innovative features or developments? Plus, who in his sound mind would care to mine a coin with a reward of 600 coins and the pre-mine is 950,000,000 coins. When it get listed, it will be dirt-cheap and people will get screwed over with 950 Million (pre-mined) coins that can be dumped in the market anytime.

if the fundamentals of the coin are good all you would need is to change the name to ghillie instead of gilly and change that god awefull logo of a rainbow which people associate with gays and have a gilly suit as the logo. That would be an absolute hit especially with the southerners and mid-westerners and im sure other parts of the rest of the world
