Title: Is Bitcointalk safe? Post by: gollum on April 30, 2013, 08:00:03 AM Where is the server located?
Does the server save information about users IP? Should we use TOR when registering and using bitcointalk? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhMvnstwDBQ Title: Re: Is Bitcointalk safe? Post by: bitpop on April 30, 2013, 09:30:46 AM Sure you should

Title: Re: Is Bitcointalk safe? Post by: Zaih on April 30, 2013, 09:59:28 AM Yeh.. One would really hope BitcoinTalk's database is safe.
Even on the most basic levels. I'm sure a lot of people would use the same username and password on Bitcointalk as their online wallets, stuff like that lol. I'm sure it is secure though Title: Re: Is Bitcointalk safe? Post by: bitpop on April 30, 2013, 10:00:54 AM Just don't pm personal info, it can be cracked anytime and don't reuse passwords
