Just go to the nearest pawnshop or sanglaan, much better if you go to those that are well known like Cebuana, Tambunting, MLhuillier chain of pawnshop and ask them to check the quality of your jewelry, much better if you tell them to "mag papauri" because they will tell you how much is the value of your jewelry and how much it can be pawned.
