AFAIK , there is a rumor to get listed on Bittrex you just simply pay 3 BTC to Bittrex and then your coin get listed soon (That just a rumor , you shouldn't believe this) . Or you could just invest in paying bittrex and poloniex for adding your coin. Your coin has to have clean code and easy to integrate for exchanges. So probably around that btc also on other exchanges.
