if unlock doesn't work i will not charge

this service is being offered to those who own the phone they are trying to get back into and if i think this is not your phone or it is yours obtained through theft i WILL DENY you service.

as i am offering to unlock phone before i receive payment if it ends up that you are denied service then obviously you will not have lost your btc.
