Clone one and just name it different. I would move at least 10.000 kHash/s there immediately!

Don't listen to him, he probably isn't even using or mining all of the existing coins.

Let him get all the existing ones all up and running and maybe be mining them all then see if he still has enough computer left to run some more. If not, no need for more.

Just wait for Taco's Netcoin (formerly MC2), its gonna be worth it. Honestly every other alt Ive heard or read about besides LTC seems like a joke.

Anyone got more fuel for the fire?

If someone was to create a new coin I would like to see demurrage tried again but without the 80% of coins going to the creators. I thought the 4.9% demurrage going to the miners was a very interesting idea. Whether it is a winner I'm not sure but Freicoin did not manage to put it to the test properly. It would need to be scrypt and a faster block retarget as well. Also Freicoin apparently needs a fix to stop demurrage happening to transactions.

Anyone want to preorder some BFLCoins?  :P I promise they'll come eventually...

I was thinking the same thing today!  Pools are kinda boring, I enjoyed the solo mining of FTC.

I therefore would like to release:  WelfareCoin.  Because some people just don't want to mine, GPU's got laid off, and some had their electricity cut off. 

Ask FeatherCoin guys. They like to create an useless coin every month  ;D

It is not enough any more if anybody can have his own bank with bitcoin, everybody want his own currency.

Still premining my Skullcoins, they will be awesome tho. Exactly like Litecoin but it has a block reward of 250 coins which is 50 more than Feathercoin, which makes it much better. Allready talking with big businesses who will accept them, everybody is like "wow" and ""no way" and "250 coins blockreward and it's like litecoin, wow definitely going to be the platinum to bitcoins gold"  8)

Back to the topic, now would be a good time to let FTC and LTC difficulties to adjust and stabilize. Most likely there will be some new coins before ASIC mass floods, but I really hope there wouldn't be any. Things get very hectic when there are so many threads to follow.

I am working on HeliumCoin. It has 4 times as many coins as FeatherCoin. So it is even lighter.

I'm working on actually making some of these ridiculous altchains (http://jokecoin.blogspot.com/2013/04/porncoins.html) actually exist. Then adding on more ridiculous altchains.

Gosh, if you all hate alt coins so much why are you even lurking in here let alone respond? Dont like it .... ignore it... or what... I dont get why you all obsesse with putting other coins down.

You want new people and new ideas, yet, majority of you are very unwelcoming.

Anyways... I am sure there will be another few here and there... of course, met with the same put downs like any other coin not called Bitcoin or Litecoin.
