what you have here is most probably a burn address, meaning an ethereum address (account) with no private key and any coins sent to it will never be usable.

you may want to change your title to represent your question not a vague thing.

At first I have also guessed this is a burning address but why is there so many transactions out?

Yes, the account already exists: https://etherscan.io/address/0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111
But probabl noone owns a private key from this wallet because there are only deposits and no withdrawals.
If someone gets a private key from this wallet, he will become pretty rich: 518 million USD is sitting here!

Even it is a burning address, is there any chance that private key exists to this public address? If yes, then all "burned" tokens will be unlocked and it could cause a huge dump.

DO i see it right? if this is a burning address then the 0x1111... should be on the TO side so receiver.
But as i see on the wallet it is on FROM or senders side. And is it possible to have an address with no such letter?
If the address can be generated then a private key will be the great for the wallet holder/
