Market making is maintaining both buy and sell limit orders in an orderbook. I'm looking for people experienced in this business. Not looking to engage developers.

There are lots and lots of type for bitcoin market. Whether you want exchangers, trading, gambling or do you want gaming platforms that provide bitcoin markets. Or whether you interested in mining market of bitcoins where high tech miners used to create large farms of bitcoin mines. Well all these are directly and indirectly same but has potential difference in terms of their own market. You should be more specific about the market you want to know about.

Yeah that's true, if you want to control markets or alt coin prices for that matter, you'll need to have tons of money to do it. You would have to be a whale to really influence the market for anything, if you want to grow the prices for sure a huge amount of bitcoins will be needed probably you'll need 100 bitcoins to really make a big impact.
