I made a transaction with Electrum Wallet. Standard fee of electrum. Was not my first transaction. Every other transaction was done in max 12 hours.

Is there any way to make that transaction happen or to cancel it? I would even mine that specific blockthingy if it is possible.

The fees on this transaction are quite small compared to the currently recommended fees which is why the transaction isn't confirming. The network congestion is quite high at the moment. Your best bet is attempting to use https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ . You will have to wait til after the hour when they allow additional submissions.

In order to prevent further problems like this, please ensure that you are running the latest version of Electrum and enable Dynamic Fees in the options. This will estimate the proper fees so that you don't end up waiting a long time for confirmations. You control how quickly it should confirm with a slider.

So it seems that the transaction was kind of canceled. I just came home from work and it stopped to appear in my wallet. I just made another transaction with the cecommended fee of 420 sat per byte.
