Who is "we"? You and your imaginary friend?

How illegitimate are "we" talking about here? Masturbating to Miley Cyrus videos? How bad was it? Show me on this doll where the hacker touched you.

Hell of a way to do illegal activities. Lesson one in crime, don’t tell people you are a criminal or you might get caught.
If you need help setting up illegal activities this is not the forum at least you can’t ask something like that so blatantly and expect someone to answer like it’s like any other question.
Bitcoin addresses can always be traced, they just are hard to associate with an actual person.

I am sorry for the loss you have to suffer from the hands of people who have no measure of morals even if its for a little amount of it that the only thing they rejoice in is robbing people of  their hard earned resources but unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it and even if the account is tagged there are several bitcoin mixing services that would make it "clean" just for a fee and nothing can happen again.

What is your main purpose why are you publishing a deposit address that might be linked to funds from illegal activities? I'm just curious about it. And I wonder how to recognize it if it is not legit so what are the basis of evidence?

The obvious answer is so he can try to warn others who are told to send funds to that address is my guess.

The coins are mixed.Pretty  sure if he can pull scams worth 100 bitcoins,he would be smart enough to stay anonymous and mix the coins. If you follow the trail, you will know he's never stored them in a single wallet for more than a few hours, something a automation service would do.The chances of you finding him are as good me being a satoshi.

Fraud in bitcoin is now more and more because the bitcoin price is now very achieving,
so be careful inside deposit, recheck your address wallet before sending bitcoin.
that's my advice.  :)
