Title: 255 MH/s with 6850
Post by: dank on June 19, 2011, 02:52:15 AM
Just sharing that I am acheiving ~510 MH/s with two XFX 6850s.  The highest on the mining comparison chart was 244 MH/s.  One of my cards is overclocked more than the other so I'm actually pulling about 262 MH/s from a single 6850.

Care to share clocks/volts/temps/miner/settings/catalyst version/SDK version?

I have the same hash rate as you 262 Mhash/sec on a single 6850.

Just use Phoenix miner with phatk kernel and apply the appropriate flags. -k phatk AGGRESSION=13 WORKSIZE=128 VECTORS BFI_INT, this is if you are using GUI Miner, the latest. 1000/300/stock volts/custom fan profile/temps @ 72C / Catalyst 11.6 / OCL 2.4.650.9

Wow, you're lucky that can achieve 1000 core clock on stock volts.

yup, I have the same settings as huaura but my card is only clocked to 940 Mhz core clock because my system was locking up after a couple hours.  I used Afterburner to OC as well.

I am also surprised I reached that. My max is around 1021 @ 1.172v but it's pretty hot @ 78-80C so I tuned it down.  :)
@dank, you are even luckier to reach that Mhash for just 940 core.
