Looking for a suggestion on the best exchange where I can load some BTC and trade it for some alts, particularly litecoin. I'm looking for one that I can just sign up, send BTC trade and withdraw all with out verification.  Thanks

Every exchange website has at least a minimal verification process. So I don't think you'll get a chance to sign up without verification. At least a email verification will be done, there are lot of exchanges choose the one that provides the convenience going through the terms and conditions.

I should specify I have no problem with email verification.  I just don't want to be waiting for any other type of verification.  I won't be looking to do anything with Fiat, it will just be crypto in and out.

I think there's no exchanger that you don't need to verify. If there's a exchangers like that your money or bitcoin will not become safe. Why you don't want verification? It secures our money or bitcoin in our account so why?

Bittrex and Liqui has no verifircation requirements except on email verification which is necessary for all exchange site. LTC are trade-able on that site especially on liqui which is the average trade volume per day are quiet good. You might like too ccex but their exchange platform UI is quiet plain that's why many user finds that site as boring exchange.

downside: prices can be lower sometimes and in case of c-cex not enough liquidity.

cryptopia
downside: lower liquidity, lower price for selling and higher for buying (big spread).

a couple of other tiny exchanges, bleutrade for example but they are tiny.

i have never done any verification, my account type is called legacy and my limit is 100 BTC withdrawal per day.

poloniex:
i never used this exchange but i think it has similar rules.

All of the major exchange site such as polo, kraken. But you can try to use middle tier exchange such as bittrex livecoin and liqui. All of them are legit sites in my experience. I don't ever have a problem with once of them.
They give limited daily trade for you if you don't wan to try to verying your self.

If you can only with one-time email verification and so on do not need only with the password is better and simple

what kind of verification do you asking? You have to must verified email verification for sign up porposes   

There are very few exchanges out there, which will permit trading in BTC/ALT without ID verification. The first one which comes to my mind is BTC-e. They have been one of the oldest exchanges around, and they require absolutely no personal identification. But only a limited number of options are available in BTC-e, like LTC, ETH, NMC, NVC, PPC, DSH, ETH.etc.

With polo you can only withdraw 2k USD value a day if you only verify your email address and name.

If you want 7k USD value a day you have to privde address information and ID with a facial picture.

it's very easy to find such exchange, bittrex c-cex coinexchange cryptopia and novaexchange are all exchange that do not require you to send any id verification, but they have the possibility to upgrade your account to move more money and this require id verification, but if you mean you don't want use your email then i don't know there are no exchange that you simply send bitcoin like for a dice site, if that what you mean, still you can fake your email with any exchange that requirw an email verification

Bittrex is not requiring identification afaik. Only email verification. Ofcourse its for security reasons. One of major altcoin exchange. Only few decentralised exchange are existing this days because of governments intervention. I also use Polo. Im only trade small amount there. I don't have to give my id since i trade small amount.

Obviously because I work for ISIS but our usual arms dealer stopped taking BTC and moved to LTC because it just implemented Segwit.  So now we have all these worthless BTC we are trying to change over, but you know we aren't big on ID verifications so... ::) ;D :P

All joking aside, thanks everyone for the great suggestions.  I'll be checking out some of those exchanges.  Its hard to tell which ones need what verification for what options sometimes until you go to withdraw and they're like "we'll process that right away, as soon as you send us thirty documents verifying who you are".  So I really appreciate the info.

From what I've read, btc-e randomly rips off its customers by block withdraw requests for bogus reasons.  Doesn't sound like my cup of tea.

The other cool thing about liqui is they offer a lot of IOU trading for coins that haven't been distributed yet (Decent for example).

I retract this statement now.. seems they are fucking people over.
