This is what you do : Calculate bitcoin fees before sending them to the network.

When This situation of Unconfirmed transactions will be Normal .
When you start paying the fees miners deserve for their honesty.

And is paying High fees is the Only Solution For this ..?
You can always wait. :)

When fork will be made
Pretty sure he doesn't understand what you meant by that.

Today I paid 300 sats/byte to get the transaction confirmed within 30 minutes while I can see that people are paying as high as 500 sats per byte too for small amounts below 0.1 btc. When the spam attack stops and those unconfirmed transactions with a fee less than 10 bytes are removed from the network, the situation will be back to normal.

It's worthless to think spam attacks ending everything will back to the normal. Each new day more people start using Bitcoins, what means more transactions are being made each new day, on long term even without spam there will be many transactions waiting to be confirmed like now.

Seems only the hard fork or a common solution with the agreement of biggest part of community can make the situation back to the normal again. As there isn't agreement, probably the first option will be executed... Unfortunatelly.

I really feel sorry for those with long waiting unconfirmed transactions. Mine has always been relatively painful free. Long may it continue.
Stick with Bitcoin though.

I don't think spam attack will ever end, but I agree if ever spam attack ends, I don't see transaction fee to decrease either since bitcoin price is increasing and massive adoption of bitcoin is happening every day.  I think it will stay as transaction fee bidding battle if ever there is no update on bitcoin scalability fix.

Seems only the hard fork or a common solution with the agreement of biggest part of community can make the situation back to the normal again. As there isn't agreement, probably the first option will be executed... Unfortunatelly.

Yes but sad to say, those proposal to fix this bitcoin scaling problem had been in limbo for 2 years now.  Since both camps are still waiting for the required consensus for the implementation of the fix for bitcoin scalability.
