I have fulfilled the requirements of btc-e, but they intentionally do not exchange mail for me. Either ways, I do NOT disagree with you - I've been locked out for 3 weeks now due to my IP address and they totally ignore my messages on daily basis! At least you're getting their answers which is REALLY weird as this proves to me that they selectively answer some and ignore some!
