if you want to invest, you must calculate the risk factors. for the moment it would be wrong to give advice. the market is rising too fast.

yes that is very right, in fact no one know what is going to happen, the market is already trading so high, therefore it will be a good decision to wait a little before investing here.

All decisions are yours, if you know beforehand, everyone is earning and losing money, but that's not the case! Find out and make your own decision

I think if there is any intention to invest in ico, you must already know the risks that will happen to you, but all your decisions are invested, if you already have your own choice in making decisions, you have to be sure. From everything to it

I'm sorry to say, that inchain will never been in existence! Their ICO wasn't succeed. So raised money was also refunded.
If you didn't request
the refund, just do that now, without any further late! Here is the instruction for asking your investment back_

ETH escrow: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1623519.msg17016561#msg17016561

Just read what is their's future plans and roadmap.
If you see good plan from them, take the risk.

Also, read more about of their ICO, and always keep updated, because in this way, you could easily know if they will be a scam or going to be successful. The first thing that I'm always doing before investing to their ICO is I'm checking their background, and reading about the others feedback to them, the most important is the information about the Dev.

Investing on ICO is not that easy, since we are talking a huge amount of money as a capital that we are going to use on investing, but it is going to be worth it if the ICO where you have joined is successful.

They are failed to raise some funds here mate and I think it will never be a good idea to reach up for them anymore since once they failed second will be malicious to and you must be carefull for investing at ICO's since some of them doesn't have a good plan to maximise their coins since the only one they care is their own pocket.

But if you insist to find some good ICO's well just read their White Paper properly before investing at any of them.

There's been lots of talk about inchain so I reckon it's worth a wait.
