Title: What about this fee? Post by: lolxxxx on May 21, 2017, 09:36:38 AM I have found a transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/cc455ae816e6cdafdb58d54e35d4f46d860047458eacf1c7405dc634631c570d which has paid 291 bitcoins for only 0.0001 transaction!
What was the purpose of this transaction. Why they have paid that much fee? This is insane. Title: Re: What about this fee? It doesn't have anything to do you with you, why are you asking about people moving their money around? It is said to be a positive woth Bitcoin that everything can be seen on the blackchain, but if Bitcoin was ever really used as a currency, I guess we would have nosey people looking through everyone's transactions and asking what they were for and why the paid x fee! If you are moving coins between wallets, then it isn't urgent, so you can try to save on fees. Rich people are often prudent, so won't pay more than neccessary. |
