According to them their system sometimes glitches and adds bitcoins to peoples accounts. I made a withdrawal after several days of my account having extra money, thinking I just had an automatic deposit done. Once I withdrew the Bitcoin they then "fixed the glitch" causing my balance to be negative. I contacted customer support and they didn't reply to me for months. The price fluctuated so dramatically that I ended up having to pay a substantial sum to offset the negative balance. Once I did that, they immediately responded to my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear back and see if they're going to refund me the difference
