Title: Minimum Required GPU for mining?
Post by: Dudeperfect on May 21, 2017, 12:26:30 PM
I recently bought a newly assembled rig and it consist,

- Intel Core i-3 6098 P
- Asus H11M-CS motherboard
- 8 GB DDR 4 RAM
- 730 Graphics Card 4 GB DDR5

I have some questions regarding it. Those are as follows,

* Can I mine bitcoins on it (I am a noob in mining) with good ROI?
* If not then can I go with altcoins, how to pick best GUI miner and altcoin to mine for my hardware?
* Does mining will affect the lifespan and performance of my rig?

Best

You won't be able to mine anything with that GPU unfortunately.

Oops, I was expecting some practical tasks of altcoin mining with this rig to get more knowledge about mining. I think I have to rely on the youtube and other sources to learn more about it since this rig is not meeting minimum requirements for altcoin mining. I thought being low difficulty rate, I would be able to mine some new altcoins.
