Does it work all across the globe or specific continents? Is it generated without any cardholder name?

They work for USA which is most important. They WORK with Bing Rewards They DONT WORK with Paypal and any VPS provider (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) If you want me to check them if they work for any other site, please PM me.
