Title: Apparent bug in 0.96
Post by: clemdementhe on May 22, 2017, 05:52:11 PM
When sending coins from 0.96 (Ubuntu) there seems to be a bug in the fee options: if you opt to set your own fee/Byte (as opposed to the recommended), then the chosen amount seems to be reduced by a factor of 10 when actually applied to the transaction. That is, choose 300 sats/B and only 30 sats/B is applied.

Are you using the "Max" button?

Yes. Using Coin Control to select a single address, then the Max button when choosing the destination.

Whenever you change the fee settings, you have to click Max again. It sets the value, it does not bind the value field to the semantics.
