Title: Paxful mods are scamming customers!!?! Post by: opdawut on May 22, 2017, 06:36:43 PM SO i tried buying Bitcoins for an Amazon giftcard @ paxful !
I met the condittions proved it was a cashreceipt bougth from my location code was valid . Seller went offline - So i disputed since i PAID. Mod comes in and checks the code sees everything is fine and tells the seller to redeem and release the btc to me! So i check in today 6days later and see that the mod has awarded the btc to the seller and has USED my amazon Giftcard ! Edit : Paxful Mod checked balance somehow without redeeming it wich is nice In my case :D Support email is unresponsive due to high amounts of disputes! also the support told me Not to email the support about matters like that seems fishy to me. Can provide screenshots If any mod from paxful actually wants to Rectify this! You screwed up somewhere and an admin couldn't prove foul play from the other party
