Why not if it's the owner of the account who plays very well and who is well ranked, but to pay another player in order to raise my account, to say "I am well ranked yeah !!!" While it is not even my efforts ..... Even if you participate in the contenders you will never be able to evolve because it is not the player who sells this service that will participate, so in the end it does absolutely serve to nothing. And I do not see any interest in paying for such a service. It remains my point of view being a play on Overwatch, and everyone is free to make his choices :)
