Complaining to the exchange probably won't do anything, but you can attempt a CPFP transaction. If your address is 1F9zHazRhdcU3aqdQAW5NskpyvQawDoNRj there should be plenty of BTC available in the output to fund a transaction fee. Click the button labeled "create with fee 0.003 from/to 1F9zHazRhdcU3aqdQAW5NskpyvQawDoNRj", and sign/broadcast that transaction following the steps provided.
