The only way to do that is to get an initial seed of some amount of ripples, I'm not sure what the threshold requirement is. A) Would anyone know what the threshold requirement is and B) Would anyone be willing to go out on a limb for me? Its no problem for me to return the funds immediately. I'd be very appreciative.
