I want buy bitcoin in INR at current USD rate, and not INR rate
can any1 here ready to sell, i will only trf the amt once bitcoin is santoshi is credited

You can't, other thing no one give value here what reputation you got in other forums.

For you best chance try Coinsecure.in, Zebpay or Unocoin. It's Indian exchanges.

Trust is the main reason nobody will sell you on forum, especially because you're asking BTC transfer first. And you have not mentioned using escrow. There is no reason for anyone to risk their BTC like this.

What I would suggest is, go to localbitcoins.com and find a seller in your area. Meet him face-to-face and you both do the transfers (money/BTC) at the same time.

I understand your frustration in purchasing from Indian sellers, as there is a price difference of around 450$ per BTC. But there are government rules which makes the sellers in India to sell at high price. Suppose a seller from USA is willing to sell yo the coins, but from India there is minimum option available to transfer money abroad.

Thats is the main reason i dont want to buy BTC from Indian Aaps
I can pay VIA CC
IF you can suggest any website which accept CC from india
