Title: Are you dual mining or not?
Post by: Jdope on May 25, 2017, 02:09:35 PM
So just a quick survery, if you're mining eth/etc/expanse, are you dual mining? What are you mining with it? Do you think it's worth it, and what's your hashrates?

Try adding a poll maybe?

I don't dualmine at all (nvidia).

Yes I dual mine, but I focus on the less profitable coins to get in while the difficulty is low  ;)

Hash rates wise, well this depends on your hardware, your tweaks and your personal settings. I'm afraid there's no substitute for methodical testing and tweaking to find the sweet-spot for your hardware.

nvidia can dual mine remember that clymore released the ETH+ algo like decred sia and pascal for nvidia too, and it's quite profitable, almost on par with amd, amd is just better on ETH and has an edge there, personally i don't dual mine either, because with nvidia we have better option but it's still profitable for us

I'm dual mining eth+decred and i'm getting 27 mh/s for each gpu (rx 470 4gb elphidia), not bad, maybe i can lift up the mh/s a bit more but for now is stable
