I am looking for a BTC price ticker which has an option to have an alert or sound notification for every hour price change. I tried googling but I'm having second thought on downloading an .exe without a review from someone recently. If you know one, please suggest in the post below.

It is not suggested to download or install any of those executable software's into your system, especially when it comes to activities related to Crypto currencies. They may have bugs or trojans which can spy on you and send all your transaction details to someone or can hack your computer remotely.
There is no free application which does this job.

Beware of what you are downloading make sure its clean and safe to install/execute only install from trusted/verified sources its better to be safe than sorry and you can just check the price change on blockchain app[mobile] not sure how exact/accurate it is but it does show the btc rates.

Yeah malware may attack the your system. I suggest you to use preev or CoinDesk price index to check the price continuously. Why need a application to install in the mobile, we can check the easily in Google search itself like how we do for other currency.

Would you be interested in installing a chrome app? it does what you've asked. you can install it from chrome web store, just search for "Biticker" or some other app(there are many).
