I'm just being honest here. i need an interest free loan. Any amount will do.
I just want to play with this crypto things. I'm totally new with this.
So far, I've tried buying coins from the below btc-e and some panda. The prices seems so higher than the the actual & they do not accept my payment method)

I have visa debit & netteller too.

Please do not reply if you don't like lending with 0% interest. (Just ignore - s*ckers)

Much worse than not offering any interest is not offering any collateral.
In the former case you're allowed to say "if you don't like it then just ignore it" but in the later it can be seen as a scam attempt.

Read this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0) and either offer valid collateral or lock this thread immediately. Otherwise you'll get negative trust.
(FYI "visa debit" or "netteller" are not valid collateral)

I'm really sorry but you must have misunderstood what i said there. i wasn't talking about collateral when i referred to "netteller & visa".
I was trying to say that i tried buy ETH with those payment methods.

It doesn't say that you cannot ask for an interest free loan. Neither it does say that it is a must to provide a collateral.
It simply says that it is not wise to lend loan to those who does not provide collateral.
Its such a disappointment if i get negative trust.

And again, you are welcome to lend me some ETH.
