Hello, I would like to ask you a useful question for most of the members, but what are the currencies that we can buy and store for at least a year? What do you think about the future of these currencies (dgb-gnt-xvg-fldc-burst)? 8)

Ark is a project that could be very profitable in the long run, they offer smart bridge technology and its something never seen before.

  Altcoin world is yet too young and primitive but has time for evolving. I believe we didn't see the best yet. More and more people are involving with good ideas and this must show better results. We have few nice coins but they will bite the dust in the future. I'm just can't find myself comfortable with idea of storing one coin in cold wallet for some time, this happens once, and this train is gone with BTC.

STRAT and Waves, some of the most promising out there.. IMO  ;D

and you can try to invest in a few new project that have a solid team,, such as Coindash

Yes I think too like that start to keep altcoin like Ethereum for long term because chances are the price will keep getting better.

NEM and Xtrabytes.  Obviously I own them. (duh)  Do your own DD.   I also own Ark but am not as excited about it as the other two.

ETH & WAVES are the obvious answers for relitively safe long term holds that are almost guaranteed to go up.

A couple of dark horses are ARK, which is aiming for mass adoption by making the platform simple and intuitive. They also will be issuing cards in the future. Also smart bridge technology is a game changer. Then we have BLOCK, arguably the most undervalued coin on the market today, at least in my opinion. They are aiming to create an internet of blockchains by building a system where different blockchains can talk with each other, much like Arks smart bridge technology. On top of this, the star of the show is Blocks fully functional 100% trustless Decentralised Exchange. This is groundbreaking stuff a first of its kind that will hopefully set the trend going forward, eventually taking power away from corrupt centralised exchanges like Poloniex and Yobit. I am very bullish on all four of these long term holds!  :D

Nem and Ethereum have great potential in the future and some token coins like Creditbit too.

XtraBYtes is the big one. No other coin can boast it's technology. Static nodes, virtual chords framework completely revolutionise the blockchain. 100% can't be hacked, no POW, no POS.

This is the biggest thing I've seen for a few years and its still unheard of.

It's hard to tell right now. Thanks to Ethereum you have this odd new "smart contract" world with a bunch of new ICOs floating around. Compared to traditional cryptocurrencies it's hard to tell what direction everything is going right now IMO.

lets hope NEM would still increase it has grown alot over the years , xtrabytes will probably increase again i will invest in this both altcoin , buy alot of xtrabytes while its still cheap , ark would probably a good investment too

First time when i saw Burst coin i was thrilled, this never been done before and i thought this is it..I was wrong. Hdd mining is such waste of resources, and this potential can be used better ways..File sharing , decentralized cloud storage's..And this is much healthier for your HDD and PC. So i see no future for this coin.

Good coins at this moment are Stratis, waves, golem and a few others. They all have real world use cases. I am most familiar with stratis which is releasing very good tech within a month

Choose the Legacy coins and Good Tech coins, they will be around for a long time.

I don't have nerves to store coins and to wait whole year, my trades are based on shorter periods, and as such they are probably with smaller return, but they are safe.
Every day we have something new and better from previous, those conditions now are not good for waiting, requires fast reactions and maybe you can gain this way more, instead of waiting.

I've been holding BLK for three years. And I believe GNT is next one worthy of long-term holding, it will definitely award you with very good profits.

Without a doubt:

Zcoin: really underrated, best anonymous technology
Darcrus / Mercury: great potential
Bitbay: The strongest decentralized market technically and most developed
Cloak: great team, great technology, soon open source
Bitsend: very good technology, good team, user-oriented

Future coins are XEM,WAVES and Eth. These are the coins I think has the future which are  profitable in the long run. I know theres a good future in it, also many investors holding xem. Good to invest on these coins.

For me the future coins are ETH, NEM and Creditbit. That's just my top 3 though but there are a lot of other coins that also has the potential in the near future. We'll never know right?

My favorite colored coin is BLACK, but this doesn't mean i will keep it forever. When price is good, like we had already, and my estimation proves it won't go much up, i sell and wait to buy back. This is essence. Do not stay too long on one place, it is toxic, you begin to believe.

If I prefer bitcoin as the most profitable future coin, in these few years the bitcoin price is increasing every day. I like bitcoin

I still believe XRP, until now still keep it and wait for cooperation between XRP and Banks in Japan. This is good news after the launch of a consortium focusing on cross border payments and domestic payments, xrp prices will rise.

I really like Steem as a future investment since it has a big community and because of Steem Power people cant just withdraw everything in one day.
Other Coins I like at the moment are Nem, Eth, Dgb, Bay, Pvix, Game, Waves also a little ripple, xmr, Lbc, Ltc
There are so much Projects that are cool, but I cant invest into all of them, cause it would be hard to keep track of them.

Various projects were evaluated and this guy compiled some here which he found to be the worst.

Includes mentions to the Golem (GNT) token, seems like it has no value attached to it, he mentions ICN, MLN, GNO, SingularDTV, Round, DigixDAO.
Just check it if you feel like it matters.

these coins are good coins and valuable  coins many investors hold these coins for generate good profit in future and there price will go up in future

I think all altcoin has good future like bitcoin. In addition to that, all altcoin will survive in the near future and the price of it will rapidly increase. And also investing in any altcoin will help you to gain income. Lastly, if you want to make a good income in the future try to hold any altcoin or bitcoin because it is profitable and you can a sure that you could make a good income.

There are many good and solid coins that if you can hold them for 1 year you can earn very good amount of profit from them the coins which you have mentioned are also very good if you can hold them for more then 1 year I am sure you can earn very good profit from them. At this time I am also holding some coins for long term some of them are here.
SIA, DGB, ETC, ETH, LTC, BURST, XRP, STR, STRAT, XVG, XMR and few more also if you like you can also add them to you portfolio.

in my opinion the future coins is on if you get a good amount of profit from their coins that you have mentioned is also very good if you can hold them for more then 1 year, I'm sure you can get a very good profit from them. I am currently also holds a few coins for the long term, some of them here.

Yes, actually there are mang good altcoins worth invest of your money. Atleast invest in altcoins that has a good performance in the exchange. Just buy low price, hold and sold it when already earned profit. But, for sure when doing some also research on the alt yoh were investing and right choice of you can really earn huge here.
