Title: Cloudhashing.com
Post by: zimbodog on May 02, 2013, 03:34:46 PM
I wanted to contribute something to this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=163741.40 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=163741.40)

Very new to bitcoins and I decided to purchase a 1 year contract the other day. I suddenly started getting worried about this decision. I just really started to question, (after I had paid them) how realistic their goal was and how they were trying to achieve and just saw DANGER so wanted to pull out. Emailed them and asked about a refund and Emmanuel responded pretty quick and also promptly refunded me via GW. Credit card reflects this also which is good news!

Still not sure on the credibility of this website but at least I got my money back and we will see how it turns out for them! And thought sharing was caring and if you have bought from them and want to pull out, now is probably the best time!  ;)

I bought a 5Gh indefinite contract and two 1 year contracts.  It's a risk.  But here's the thing, once those 6000 contracts are bought, that's it you can't get in.  Expired contracts will only be offered to existing customers. No new customers.  I've been in touch with Emanuel. He's very good at communicating, which says a lot.  They're depending upon BFL labs 1500 Gh miners and I was late to the game buying my own BFL miners.  I'm hoping to reap the rewards from cloudhashing while my BFL orders are pending.  Gotta play to win.

Hi,

We have actually joined the Avalon bandwagon recently. We have purchased 2 terahashes of Avalon chips and they should be assembled and running by June end. Existing contract holders will benefit from this with a contract that starts earlier than the July date.

We did this via Terrahash.com

You see, not everything is a scam as some people on Bitcoin talk would have you believe.

Regards

Emmanuel

Price per GH/s is what's holding me back, but that sure beats the waiting time on any other asic projects.

What was written in it?

Well, all confidence scammers are very good at communicating, so i'm not sure what you think it could mean.

Never heard of this before - quite an interesting concept.  If I didn't already have $2500 tied up with BFL, I'd probably have gone this route.

As I rightfully said .

You are nothing but a troll. Another idiot calling something a scam without an ounce of proof.  You are lazy and lack the brains for anything close to a decent debate. I will no longer respond to you.

Kind regards.

BTW did you inform hm revenue about the almost 6000 sales you claim you have made?
I can't find anything about VAT on your website...

They are a UK registered company, see their about us page: https://cloudhashing.com/about-us (https://cloudhashing.com/about-us)

They don't need todo that until the end of this tax year, so 31st of March, 2014.

I don't think VAT registration isn't a necessity as it's financial instrument - mption.htm#1]http[Suspicious link removed]mption.htm#1 (http://http[Suspicious link removed)

I've purchased one Indefinite contract, will report back when I actually see some BTC hitting my wallet..

Interesting that you can't buy contracts with bitcoins.

People jump the gun pretty quickly...

It's pretty obvious that they buy miners > sell shares (contracts) > buy miners > sell shares (contacts) which is a legitimate way to runs things (infinite supply of machines + same return for everybody = everybody is happy).

Are they honest about it? I can't tell, but people should calm down imo. It doesn't have to be scam all the time.

Yes you can.  I put a contract in my cart and went all the way to the end.  I didn't finish because I don't want to buy and don't have the BTC.  You can pay in BTC or via google wallet.  At this point, I would pay via google, that way there's a trail in case you need it.  No sense paying in BTC until they perform.

1 contract = 1 Gigahash.
2 contracts = 2 Gigahashes
...... You get the gist.

Over half of our contracts  were sold before website launch and we have over 400 individual online customers.
