Title: Looking for a developer [Small Webshop] [BTC]
Post by: Jiddlyharvester on May 27, 2017, 02:46:28 AM
We are seeking for a developer that can code us a webshop that's functional with noscript. It doesnt have to be from scratch, you can use existing code. We need a safe webshop where a buyer can register and purchase items and check the status of their order in their order section.

We need to be able to login, be able to click our Sales tab to see any new orders. We need to have a messaging system where we can send the customer a payment request and messages to keep them updated on the order.
Suggestions or changes are always welcome.

We also need a professional logo done.

Prices can be talked about.

We need a developer ASAP.

All payments will be done in Bitcoins. A middleman can be used if you wish.
Prices are negotiable.

Why don't you use wordpress with the appropriate plugins instead ? I mean you are anyway open to use the code from scratch. Why waste time and money on a developer when you can set up a site yourself in a few minutes ?

Those e-commerce plugins come with a dashboard too :) And then there are bitcoin payment plugins!

I agree with Patatas.

You guys could figure this out for free for yourselves, and would then be able to maintain it yourself free...
Good luck to you.

Hi,

Do you need online shop developer yet? I will code it from scratch with all functions you need. I am from Europe and my rate is 20$ per hour. Anyway i think we can agree for a good price and quality. PM me if you still need developer.

Thanks.

I know a few people and will point them in your direction. First I wanted to ask if the site itself will use Bitcoin as a payment in any way or are you just paying for the dev service in Bitcoin.  That can make a big difference for some because many people that have been coding for years do not know how to do Bitcoin and their learning curve might cause a security issue that could get you in the end.

Taxmanmt5 referring dev's to our job offer would be appreciated. If you know people that are able to code a secure website/webshop without wordpress or other heavy plugins that's enough. The first idea is to make a webshop where a customer can make an account and make a purchase, after this purchase (we the shopowners) should be notified so we can engage into a conversation with the customer through messaging to discuss the payment details.
So Bitcoin integration is not yet included. This will be done as mentioned above through personal contact with the customer.
What is not acceptable:

1) Anything that compromises the security of the server
2) Anything that requires the client to run extra modules / enable extra features.
3) Anything that is too difficult to maintain for someone with reasonable experience.
4) Anything that doesn't already look perfect in default torbrowser.

- What wont work on servers

No .htaccess etc

- What coding languages are not acceptable

perl

a MySQL DB is fine. But the DB may be less than 100% reliable, so the site should be able to continue as much as possible without it. Catalog pages can all be pre-generated static HTML and the DB only really needs to be queried for per-user activities like topup/purchasing/messaging.

- PHP & Python are both fine tools to use.

To sum it up in simple words. The site needs to be secure, easy to edit and should work without any problem in a standard tor browser.

As of the 22th of June we are still looking for a serious developer, we are not looking for 20 years of experience, for all we care you have a year of solid experience. We are looking for someone who can get the job done fast and secure with the requirements mentioned above. We need a website and developers need money, the money is here waiting, the final piece is a serious developer that is able and willing to complete the job.

So Developers that are available and looking for a quick job, feel free to send us a personal message.
